What do you need for your my-let franchise?
The main thing you need is drive and ambition to build up your business.
Financially, the costs involved include the fee for starting your franchise, which is only £10,000+vat.
This is not payable until you're happy with what a my-let franchise can offer you.
If you decide to start in a serviced office (recommended) then you will need to find the rent each month.
You will need to find money for advertising, leaflets, popup banners, newspaper adverts, etc.
There will, of course, also be some office startup costs. i.e. a laptop, printer, camera, office supplies, etc.
As a professional agency, we require that you will also train for, and pass, the
ARLA level 3 NFOPP qualification
This may take some time, but is an essential part of understanding the lettings industry and working with us to the standards we expect.
You will, of course, have to remain a member of ARLA and pay the annual membership.
