We will market your property on the most popular web sites (RightMove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation, Globrix, etc), erect one of our LiveText(TM) To-Let boards and deal with all enquiries.

We organise and conduct all the viewings, handle the applications, liasing with you during the process. Once you are happy, we check references, collect the deposit, first months rent and move them in.

We will notify the local authority and Energy Providers of the move in and we will also register the deposit (as required by law) and perform an inventory for you.
